Eleanor Roosevelt the most incredible woman. Eleanor was always extending a hand to help others. The 2 most important reasons why I believe she was incredible are because of the power in her speeches and helping her husband.
The power in her speeches where amazing she had a lot of effect on everyone. Eleanor spoke mainly about the homeless, woman’s rights to vote, and about the kids working in factories for 12 hours a day. Eleanor had a big part in woman’s rights to vote today. If Eleanor hadn’t done the speeches they would still probably be deciding on if woman could vote. She stood up for what she knew was wrong and the changes we needed to fulfill to make a better tomorrow. Eleanor saw the wrong and attempted to change it. That is what I consider a brave person.
When Eleanor’s husband, Franklin, got into office Eleanor ended up helping out too. Eleanor came with Franklin to war. Eleanor also took special trips to different foreign countries for information that could be used to help Franklin. Later, Eleanor then worked as Franklin’s cabinet Civilian Defense but resigned in 1942. People think she did this to go back and help people. Then went back to help with war to assist the red cross.
